Eva- that's my poop in there [said peering into toilet]
Me- Yup.
Eva- it's a bean one.  You call it a bean one because it has green eyebrows.  But I just call it poop.
Me- ?????

Zaya- [brings me a freshly squished ant] gweee!
Me- oh, thank you
Zaya- danku danku danku

Eva- Mom, I want you to set me up with a movie.
Me- nope, it's not movie time
Eva- but Mom, Zaya really wants to watch Dora.

Me- Wow, Eva, you are doing a wonderful job coloring!
Eva- Yeah.
Me- Zaya loves to watch you and copy you... she's learning, but she's not as good as you yet.
Eva- Yeah.
Me- You have honed your skills.
Eva- Yeah! I'm honed.  I honed my... my... my... I'm doing a wonderful job coloring, Mama.
