Jehovah Jireh!

Malachi 3:10
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!


OK, so I am trying not to feel guilty for posting my previous post requesting prayer for our finances... But wow.  So far, a miracle has happened, along with an outpouring of encouragement and blessings from dear friends.  I woke up Thursday morning with no tooth pain at all.  Mind you, Wednesday night (the day everything seemed to happen at once) I had Robbie look at the tooth to confirm that the tooth had in fact cracked and a portion of my filling really did come out.  Still no tooth pain today.  I haven't put orajel on it, or anything.  The Lord just took away that discomfort for His glory and blessed me.  Today I got a call from church, saying that someone dropped off some money for us.  Anonymous friend, we are going to pick it up tonight when we go in for the Fall Fest.  We are touched by your help and promise to pay it forward.  Another friend stopped by today with a few Meijer gift cards, with more than enough money to get us through until the next pay day.  I was rationing toilet paper this morning... now I am in awed worship of Jehovah Jireh.  Thank you friend.  Thank you.  I am tempted to feel guilty for posting our struggles, as if to solicit help... but I know that God did this.  I didn't purpose to post a link to that post on Facebook or whine and complain... I purposed to journal my faith struggle and ask for prayer.  So I will not feel guilty.  I will glorify the God of Everything who favored us all along.
